Do you have a physical store?
No, we are online only.
How long will my order take to be process?
We aim to have your order on it's way to you within 24hours of being placed. During sale periods this may take longer due to order volumes.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is already processed and shipped, we won't be able to make changes for you.
How do I choose my size?
Every garment is measured laying flat and doubled for circumference. If you’re unsure or would like further measurements, please contact us.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150 and free express shipping for orders over $250.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are sent via Australia Post. You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We don't accept exchanges, however we do accept returns. All returns must comply with our Returns Policy
How long do I have to return an order?
Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return unwanted items.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 24hrs. Please allow 2-3 business days for your funds to be cleared and returned to your payment source.
